Terms of Service

By using QRGetMe you agree to these terms.

1. Account: You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account, and your details must be accurate.

2. Service: We provide dynamic QR codes and hosted pages. Dynamic codes work while your account is active and within your plan limits.

3. Subscriptions: Paid plans are yearly and paid in advance via Ziina. If a subscription is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan and codes beyond its limits pause until renewal.

4. Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if the plan has not been meaningfully used, by contacting support@qrgetme.com.

5. Acceptable use: You may not use the platform for fraudulent, harmful or illegal links or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend any violating code or account without notice.

6. Content: You own and are responsible for the content you upload, and grant us permission to host and display it to provide the service.

7. Liability: We work to keep the service available, but are not liable for indirect damages caused by temporary interruptions.

8. Changes: We may update these terms and will announce material changes by email or on the site.
